Birthday Girl

This LO features pics of my daughter's 2nd birthday. I love the ones of her carrying around all her "loot" :) I used mostly Primas and Dew Drops on this one, as well as a Cricut cut for my title using Storybook. The stamps I used are from the BG, Urban Prarie set. I think it is impossible for me not to use Dew Drops on my LO's! If you want to pick up some great Prima products, and of course some Dew Drops, be sure to stop by Your Memories Here and get yourself a few treats:)

Mini Album in a Box

Warning, this post is very photo HEAVY! :)
Remember this little box from two weeks back? Well here is its all finished with the matching card. I made two of these to give as gifts to my daughter's pre-school teachers.
Here's the card. I used the same patterned paper for the card front and punched the corners with my MS corner punch. The lace is Prima and so are the little pearls on the sentiment. I inked all the edges with Tim Holtz antique paper distress ink and a little tea dye distress in on the sentiment.

Inside the box is a mini album.
I used Prima pattern papers to make the album pages because it is such a nice heavy card stock. Each little page is linked to the next with a jump ring and I added a couple of beads to them.
Each page has been embellished with either some Prima Sweet and Sassy flowers, Prima pearls, Stickles, Prima stickers or crocheted flowers.
I am in the process of making a video for this project, but I came down with a cold and haven't been able to finish filming it all yet. I'll post it as soon as I do.

Wrinkle Rose Thank You card

Hello all! Samantha here, bringing you a nice floral card.

I used this gorgeous paper flower as the feature of my card. It is actually called a Wrinkle Rose and it is from Prima. The flower was actually much larger than it is now, but I took off some of the petals so that it would fit on my card.

Chase away the Gloomies

Hi everyone!
I've got an easel style card to share with you today. It is an A2 size & I'm totally hooked on the easel cards! Here it is:
The Deets:
I used my Cricut to cut the umbrella with the Everyday Paper Dolls cart (4 in.) I cut it out 3 times in white & embossed it with 3 different CB embossing Folders (Victoria, Textile Texture, Morrocan Screen). I layered it on silver CS.  I also added Sea Glass Tear Drops & their teardrop shape made perfect rain drops! The ribbon is Pebbles Inc, & the DP is Beach House Wall Paper. The sentiment reads: "Just a note to brighten your day and chase the Gloomies away."

Thanks for peeking today! You can find the supplies (on sale :) for this card at YMH Store. See ya next time!

Hi gals here is my project for this week. I made this as a thank you gift for my sons kindergarden teacher. His class sang the song Chica Chica Boom Boom for the end of year progarm so I thought this would be perfect for her. I used my Circut to cut out the coconut tree (aka palm tree). I used the Doodlecharms cartridge for that. I used my Cuttlebug embossing folder to give the bottom of the tree texutre. I hope that is shows up in the picture. My son came home and said his teacher loved it so I was happy. So head on over to www.yourmemorieshere.com to go shopping for the supplies for your next project.

Birthday card fit for a Princess

For my share today I made a simple birthday card that would be great for any little girl. I used a couple of Snag 'em Stamps and some Prima flowers. For my background paper and focal panel I stamped my own pattern using a couple different flowers and the round Happy Birthday sentiment. I don't often reach for purple, so this was a nice change:) Hope you like it!

Yawn

I hope you had a good weekend. I did! :) More Prima goodies on my LO today, flowers and a bit of gorgeous rose bud ribbon and of course, my favorite, Dew Drops. I also used a cute Snag 'em Stamp, the crown on my journaling tag, and the title was cut using my Cricut and Lyrical Letters. I love this series of pictures of my daughter when she was only a few days old, yawning so big! The journalling reads, "One thing is certian-you got your daddy's mouth!" And it's true, for such the petite thing she is, she does have a big mouth, you wouldn't believe the amount of food she can shove in there! *lol* Be sure to drop by the store if you haven't lately, there are lots of fun Prima products and lots of the new Prima Live kits. Have a wonderful Monday!

A Peek at a Project

Hi, it's Kristina today with my Saturday post. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
I'm working on a project for my daughter's teachers and it's not finished yet but I thought I'd share a peek with you of the part that is complete.
This is a little paper mache box with a lid
Oval Album Box
I covered the box with patterned paper and then sealed the whole thing with Mod Podge. I added some Prima lace (Madeline) around the band of the the lid.
Lid to Album Box
The lid is embellished with some Prima flowers that actually come in white but I hand painted them all to match! There are also Prima leaves and the Prima pearls on there. I stamped a little sentiment that reads: "tell your story" with some Stazon timber brown ink.
There's going to be something included inside the box as part of the gift, but you'll have to wait and see what that is ;)
I'm also going to be making a video on how to create this project, but one thing at a time, I've got to get them done before the last day of school (May 26th!)

Papercrafting on Canvas

Hi everyone!
It's Karli with a project that is quite easy to do. Here's a simple canvas project I created for my grammy.
Here it is:
To get started, I sprayed the canvas with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist so the edges have a shimmer to them. I added a piece of Mimosa (SEI) cardstock to mat it. I used the Beach House Wallpaper DP to mat the picture. I paper pleated around the top & bottom with more Mimosa Cardstock. I covered the seams with this really fab Prima Rose Ribbon. I added a Prima Wrinkle Rose in the corner. This is a gorgeous bloom- you have to play with it to get it to look the way you want, but since each petal is wired, that's easy to do.

Here's a closer peek at it:
To finish it up I cut out the "Grandmother" title from my Cricut using the Mother's Day Cart. Seriously, it's such a great little cart- not just for Mother's Day! You've seen me use this cart a lot!

You can find all all of the products used on this project at YMH Store---> Here. Lots of them on sale :) and if you love Prima Flowers (like I do :) you'll love the variety & prices.

Thanks so much for peeking! Hang in there... Friday is just around the corner!
Happy crafting!

My just "beecuase" card

Here is a card I made a while back using the Doodlecharms and Walk In my Garden cartriges I believe. Im sorry its not something I have made this past week but Im not feeling well today with a soar throat. I also have a son home today with an ear infection. I used my Cricut Expressions to cut the adorable jar card out. I made the shaped card in Design Studio by welding the cuts together. I used my 12 x 12 mat to make all the cuts for this card. I hope to be better by next week and back with a great project for you all to see. Thanks ladies
